Broken
Like the shells on the beach,
I am broken.
My pieces are lost in the sea.
Like the wind on the water;
Unspoken.
I render every piece lost,
To be free.
I will find my way back to the center.
Thru tides that break loose on the shore.
And gather myself back together.
Until I am not broken,
Anymore.
Millennium’s may pass till I find them.
Millions of full moons may burn.
And lifetime’s will be one more playground.
And each piece will live and will learn.
On the final day of my gathering.
I suppose I will touch all around.
To feel all the pieces around me.
That once lay scattered on the ground.
And I;
Will crush again.
For the journey.”
