After having too much meat, just a change to seafood was needed, and ordered the Gambas Al Ajillo. “Charred Prawns” is a culinary ode to the warm, inviting coastal cuisine of the Mediterranean, where fresh seafood and simple ingredients unite in a symphony of savory flavors. Mood changed for Gin, and the Indian Gin story – Soci Gin, Classical and spirited botanicals, cardamom and juniper, come together, almost like a symphony, in our curious concoction. Coriander and cucumber end the cohese to lend the drink herbaceous, spicy and a refreshing twist. All of this is hinted with a kick of pepper and dash of citrus from the orange peel.

Risottos always my favorite, even though extreme high in cholesterol, I am old, I am relishing this exotic Trifecta Cheese Risotto, a majestic symphony of flavors, harmonizes seamlessly, combining the nutty, bold parmesan with the subtle sweetness of emmental and the piquant, crumbly blue cheese. Each savory grain of risotto is steeped in a tantalizing herbaceous broth, topped with a decadent swirl of buttery garlic and a decadent drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, creating a divine celebration of Italian culinary tradition that enchants the palate with its divine depth of flavor.
